The 2011 Volkswagen Eos convertible is available in two trim levels, the Komfort and Lux. The Eos has a 2.0-L TSI®, 16-valve DOHC in-line 4-cylinder turbocharged engine with intercooler and direct fuel injection (FSI) with 200hp. The Komfort comes standard with a 6-speed manual transmission, but is also available in the 6-speed DSG® automatic transmission with Tiptronic® that the Lux trim level has. The Eos receives an EPA-estimated 22mpg city and 29mpg highway.
The 2011 Volkswagen Eos comes standard with an Intelligent Crash Response System (ICRS), Electronic Stability Control, an Anti-lock Braking System, Hydraulic Brake Assist and four airbags including mounted side airbags.
